Great place for a family with small children....lots of toys and room to spread out. Loved the gameroom, especially since it was raining.The only negative is there is only one bathroom in a 3 bedroom home.

The whole property was awesome. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to our venue and easy to communicate with the host. They had lots of games and toys for the kids as well. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent stay, especially for kids

The home was very clean, orderly, and well-appointed upon arrival. It was kid-friendly and had plenty of toys to occupy their time and space for them to run. I would not hesitate to stay there again - In fact, this will be our go-to VRBO in Aubrey.

Definitely Returning

I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Everything was perfect. I especially enjoyed having coffee in the dining area with all the windows. Wonderful place!

The Perfect Place!

I’ve stayed at several short term rentals and this one is now at the top of my list! No detail was overlooked. Spacious, comfortable and very cute. Quiet neighborhood with a large backyard with multiple sitting areas and a nice grill if you like to cook out. Aubrey is small, but very close to Denton. We drove into the city a few times and it was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay for the Wedding

We were in town for a wedding at a local venue and stayed at this house. We enjoyed our stayCould not have asked for more... Inside was very clean, and we loved the game room/ bar area. Great communication. Only issue was a red wasp nest under the gutter by the front door. Simple fix with some soapy water.

Very Nice Stay

Overall we liked the property. There were little touches that were great, like the ability to buy lotion, soap, and shampoo. The refrigerator was not cleaned well when we arrived. There was someone sticky on one of the sleeves.

Made to feel like home

Was in town to see my daughter and her family who live there in Aubrey. This was an older home in an older neighborhood but when you walked inside, everything had been beautifully remodeled. The owner did such a wonderful job at making this home family friendly. We especially loved all the unique wooden toys and wooden kitchen. Our 18 mth grandson had the BEST time. Thoughtful touches included a sound machine in each bedroom, Keurig pot with free coffee pods, board games for family night, and a cool game room! Will definitely stay again.
