Immaculate property

Impressive home with an amazing view and nice private pool to dip in after a long day of beach hunting. The back yard/pool area faces the east which meant the afternoon dips were in the shade, which was a welcomed surprise. The house was immaculately clean with plenty of towels, sheets, etc for our whole family. We will be back for sure!

We had an enjoyable time staying at the Beach Villa @ Sky Beach Club during the week of July 19th. It was spacious, very clean, very comfortable, with a nice pool and patio over looking a beautiful sea view. The host was always responsive and accommodating. My family enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. We look forward to returning.

The home is even better than the pictures depict. The view was breathtakingly spectacular! The home had everything our family of 7 needed. We used many services that EVR recommended such as the car rental (Butch was amazing-kind, quick to respond and easy to work with) Charlows Catering will blow your mind (Susan and Teddy prepared the best food for us and treated us like family-will definitely use again) and as everyone has raved about-Sammy at Pascals-knew all of us by name and was always smiling! The entire vacation left us wanting more and to quickly book this location for our return visit! We've been to several islands in the Bahamas but we believe we have found our island. Eleuthera is magical!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful home and views. As advertised. The only area of opportunity is the power outages,and parking. Power outage meant pool water was stagnant with Green cast during to water filter issues. The shared driveway was a bit cumbersome. Now the good part.. Sabrina is resourceful and very accommodating. !Give that woman a raise! Im coming back for her!!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and that Sabrina took good care of you! Vine House has a whole-house back-up generator that kicks on automatically during the (frequent) island power outages, so these outages would not affect our pool pump and filter.  Our private pool has not been green as far as we know.  We wonder if you are referring to the resort pool?

Upkeep needed

The location of this house is perfect for exploring the entire island. However, the property is in need of care. The furniture and beds are so uncomfortable and the roads to the Beach are horrible. Walking is impossible The restaurant is fantastic but very hard to get to. Walking from the parking area to the pool area is dangerous The staff was wonderful and very eager to help. The beach, once we found it, was fantastic. Everyone we worked with was very nice but the owner needs to step up and see to their deteriorating property.

The house was well-stocked, clean, and all furniture, kitchenware, and fixtures were in good shape. Booking was a breeze and Pam at Eleuthera Vacation Rentals provided indispensable advice and suggestions so that we were all set when we arrived on the island. The location of Sky Beach Club cannot be beat and the view from the house is breathtaking. The walk down to the beach is short but challenging because the road is in disrepair (to understate it). The beach was pristine and having Pascal's on-site for food and drinks was a benefit I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying elsewhere. The entire experience was 10/10.
