The unit has a view of the beautiful historic river, which can be seen from all windows and the cozy outdoor patio and has dedicated parking (1 vehicle each unit). There is free city parking just across the street (you can see from the building).

The sleeping area hosts a queen size bed, high quality duvet, and extra linens (pillows, comforter, throw blanket).
The dining area hosts a table that can fit 4 guests.
The cozy living room boasts a comfortable sofa that pulls up into a double bed, television, cable and an electric fireplace.
The kitchen is well equipped for shorter or longer stays with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine, dishes, knives, pots and pans, cutting boards, blender, utensils, etc.
The bathroom is a separate room with a tub and shower. Bath, hand and face towels (and for make-up), shampoo and conditioner are provided for you.
A wall air conditioner has been installed.
