Welcome to the gateway of your holiday adventure! Explore our newly renovated home with three bedrooms and ample parking space, offering an ideal retreat for families, groups, or couples. Nestled near the vibrant Pakington Street shops and cafes, our residence is the perfect choice for both short and extended stays.

Discover a spacious haven rarely found in accommodations. The master bedroom, generously sized with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, awaits downstairs. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each with a double bed and built-in robes provide comfort and convenience. Ceiling fans in every room and split systems in living areas ensure a pleasant stay during warm summer days. There is a fully equipped main bathroom with a full-size bath.

The well-lit, open-plan kitchen is a culinary haven with a 900mm gas cooktop, electric oven, full-size fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Expansive benchtops with stools invite social gatherings.

The dining area and expansive lounge connect to a private north-facing outdoor deck with a BBQ for alfresco enjoyment.

Tasmanian oak polished floorboards, a spacious laundry area, and a double lock-up garage with remote access and internal entry complete the picture.

Stay comfortable year-round with ducted heating, ceiling fans, and split-system air conditioner. Ample parking for 3-4 cars (2 in the double garage and 2 on the driveway) is available.

This home is a holiday haven with abundant space, conveniently located just minutes away from the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and a golf course.

You will have access to the entire home and a double garage, with more space in the car port.
