This stylish, brand-new property is centrally located just a short 15-minute drive from Torquay or Barwon Heads, both towns well known for their great beaches, restaurants, cafes and retail stores. Geelong is also just a 15-minute drive away where you can visit the popular waterfront. The Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal is 20 minutes away.
This property is ideal for your next family holiday, work groups are also welcome.
This property can sleep up to 10 guests, each of the four bedrooms have queen-sized beds, plus the sitting room has a fold out sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite, there is an additional bathroom plus powder room at the rear of the home. There is plenty of space for guests to stretch out and relax with the large open plan living space plus a theatre room with large smart TV. The kitchen is stylish and well equipped. There is an outdoor alfresco area equipped with BBQ and seating space and plenty of room for the kids to play.
