Named after the original beachfront home here, this charming property has been lovingly renovated & styled to create a spectacular beachside escape. Its relaxed yet luxury coastal design is curated with stunning decor, comfortable furniture & luxury finishes. With the white sands of Collingwood Beach on your doorstep you'll feel instantly relaxed & perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of Jervis Bay.

This 5 bedroom property consists of a main 4 bedroom house (sleeping 7-8) and additional studio with queen bed, lounge and bathroom. Making it the perfect spot for family or friends to come together and relax by the water. The studio offers an extra space and additional privacy for multigenerational families, groups of friends or even as a teenagers' retreat.

The design and style is second to none with every corner of the property boasting spectacular attention to detail. Meanwhile, the furnishings have been chosen to ensure maximum comfort and convenience with large lounges and an 85 inch smart TV making entertainment easy. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a wine fridge, Nespresso machine and everything in between to ensure a seamless stay.

Outside, you'll find the white sand paradise, Collingwood Beach just across the pedestrian path and small sand dunes - where you'll also find a large tyre swing, an icon of any Jervis Bay childhood holiday! Stroll to the beach for sunrise and catch a glimpse of the many resident dolphins who love to dive in the early morning waves here. From the house, enjoy the sound of the waves, peace and tranquility of being nestled by the water. The back deck of the property, featuring family sized BBQ is the perfect place to enjoy with family or find a quiet nook in the grassy front yard or front verandah to escape it all.

All just a stroll to local shops, cafes and restaurants in Vincentia Village, 5 minutes to bustling Huskisson and its boutique shops, cafes and breweries, a little over 5 minutes to Hyams Beach and The Booderee National Park.

- Main house includes queen master bedroom, further queen room, twin room with 2 x single beds and further room with 1 single and 1 pull out single trundle bed. Studio features queen bed. Maximum sleeping occupancy 10 whilst 9 will be most comfortable. We prefer a max of 8 adults so if you're travelling with more, please send us a message to discuss the suitability
- AC in main house and studio. AC units are split systems and in the main living area in the house and bedroom in the studio. Each bedroom then also has either a ceiling fan or a portable fan

Bayside is all yours! This includes the main house and studio. There is parking on our driveway (which is fairly steep) and plenty of free off street parking on the road outside too. Note 4 of the bedrooms are the main property, the 5th bedroom is in a standalone, separate studio.

Whilst the house is on one level there are some small steps to access it.

Groups of more than 8 adults are requested to discuss their stay with us before making a booking. We may not always be able to accommodate larger groups of adults. Please ensure you have read our house rules & this property is suitable for you. We do not accept groups of under 25s or party groups
