This property was exactly as advertised. The lake view was wonderful. We enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles from the back decks. It was just a short walk to the beach and the beach service that was included was really nice. We had everything we needed to cook for our family and when we wanted to go out we were centrally located making travel to restaurants very easy. The pool was a nice amenity as well. Holiday Isle was always wonderful when I had any questions or concerns. We definitely plan to come back.

Great location, beautiful view of lake with short walk to beach and pool. Also, walking distance to shops, restaurants and water park. We only ventured out in vehicle couple of times. Definitely plan a return trip. Host texted regularly keeping us informed and promptly responded to our needs

This place is within walking distance to the beach, it's in a great location as far as eating out and shopping. HOWEVER my negatives are pretty BIG. We went to lay down for the night and was met by a roach crawling on the bed. The host was very responsive but after staying one more day the bugs just kept coming out and crawling on the floors and even in the shower. We ended up leaving a night early and was not offered to be refunded even though it wasn't our fault. The place was also dusty and the master shower we was not cleaned. Cute house but highly disappointed in its upkeep and cleanliness..

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The ducks and turtles at the lake were the highlight of the trip. Walk to pool and beach is very short, too. Enjoyed the balconies in both levels of condo. It is pretty warm upstairs. We kept the fans on 24/7. At night things cooled down a bit more, but it was pretty warm when cooking in the kitchen (top level). Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed in the room.

Nice place!!

Nice vacation with the family. Only complaint would be the small couch had a urine stain on it and they both had lots of dog hair.

Awesome place to stay!!!

My family had a great time in Destin. Just a few things needed attention, but the staff handled them immediately. Very responsive and I loved that!! We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Great location and beautiful scenery.

South Bay suite 62

Very clean and accommodating. A short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are on the lower level which makes it nice so luggage doesn’t have to be carried upstairs. We felt secure especially with having kids-the resort is gated with a security code needed to enter. Would definitely stay here again!

End of summer getaway.

Condo was very clean, and a nice location. Only problem I had was the icemaker worked very slow. With just one person I ran out of ice. The refrigerator looks brand new. It probably needs an adjustment.

Great vacation

We brought 3 of our grandchildren with us on a much needed vacation. They loved the townhouse. Our 13 yr old loved fishing from the deck of the lower level. And feeding the turtles and ducks. It’s a comfortable, cozy townhouse. Clean and inviting. Beds sleep great. The appliances do need to be updated. The fridge door doesn’t shut well and the washing machine was full of water and wouldn’t drain. They did come right out to fix it. But over all I would stay here again.

Very disappointing

This condo is in a beautiful location; views were wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pans and other tools, and the refrigerator/freezer was quite roomy. The frig door did not shut automatically as you had to be very intentional to make sure it was shut. (It buzzed if not!) However, since it was a premier host, I was expecting more. The overhead fan in the master bedroom only worked part of the time, the outlet by the bed only worked sporadically, and the shower faucet was coming out of the wall in the master bath. In the living area, the couch pillows were filthy, couches were not comfortable, and the chair sunk in almost to the floor. The sunbathing chair on the top deck was covered in mold on the underside. We were very uncomfortable in this condo, and would not rent it again. We had booked it for a month, and left after 2 weeks.
