The pool area is big and private! The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $35 per day.

No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.

Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Great price! Great Experience!

Glad I had this property for my first experience. For the price, you get a great family space. Pros: Enough room for everyone comfortably, pool was warm and we didn’t utilize the heating. *Disclaimer, we’re from WI* but was great temp all hours of the day. Lived in feel, but helped so I was not on eggshells with the little ones in the house -IYKYK. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. Kids/young adults/teens verbally rated 8/10. Would have liked more lounge chairs, patio furniture. I would reserve this place again.
