Welcome to the Shellshack. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with 175' of unobstructed views - this tip lot is sure to provide a lifetime of memories. Large lanai with new pool and 8 person hot tub is sure to help one unwind. Open concept floor plan that opens to the lanai and views of the water. Primary bedroom has a king size bed with on-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding glass door onto the lanai.
Third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can also be pushed together for a king bed with sliding glass door to lanai. These bedrooms share a new bathroom. The last bedroom/ office has a twin bed with trundle bed, great for those that still have to work while away.
The updated kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with 2 confection ovens and gas stove, large kitchen sink and dishwasher. Dining is also inside and out in the lanai.

Excellent in every way!

We had a wonderful stay here with our parents and young kids! The house was well-stocked with pool toys, beach gear and chairs, games, etc! We loved the incredible kitchen — from the espresso maker to every possible tool and appliance we needed, as we are a family who loves to cook together on vacation. The layout was perfect for traveling together with grandparents/parents/kids as we have plenty of space and privacy. Superb view too! Highly recommend staying at the Shellshack!

Gorgeous house

We had an awesome time, excellent views and very clean. The Pictures do not do justice, it’s much nicer in person. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. I would rent this property again, I highly recommend it. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved everything.
