Guests initially enter Good Vibes by following the sidewalk to the front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home and take a half flight of stairs to the dining room. The dining room connects to the kitchen, living room and partially-covered back deck. There is a guest bedroom and bathroom on the first floor off of the kitchen. Take the stairs to the second floor to find a den that is open to the first floor below. The den connects to the master bedroom and the second floor bathroom.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
