About this property

With this villa being only a short 10 minute stroll to the beach, and the Dunes House Grill, this villa is where you want to be with all the comforts of home. But you must visit one of the 5 pools - one is about a 30 second walk from the villa.

You will have everything you need for your stay...fully equipped kitchen, including new washer and dryer, fresh bed linens, fluffy towels, and for your convenience, a starter kit of amenities so you don't have to run to the store the minute you arrive.

Master bedroom has king size bed, and second has two queens, with pull out sofa to accommodate 8 people comfortably.

The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, and FREE secure wireless internet allows you to stay connected.

A private, stylishly landscaped patio with gas grill allows for additional dining and relaxation under the stars. It also allows a relaxing view of the lagoon.

Also included is the FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service that is available April-September. This quick and easy, no hassle service picks you up at the villa and can take you to the Disney House & Dunes House beachfront centers for private beach access, grill and restrooms. Shelter Cove Harbour, mall and plaza are also easily accessed using the shuttle, including the new Kroger Grocery store.

Activities for everyone! Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront clubhouse is a short 10 minute walk, with Big Jims BBQ located inside. Palmetto Dunes Tennis, bikes, canoes, kayaks and fishing gear rentals available minutes away from our villa. Palmetto Dunes Plantation is located mid-island and is so convenient to everything.

Amazing

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and came back because it’s great. It’s clean, it’s in a great location and not far from the beach and all of the great things Hilton Head has to offer. Deborah was awesome in communicating with us and even let us know ahead of time that a TV was not working (which was not an issue for us. We are outside a good amount of the time). She’s a great host and her place is fantastic. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described and was even more spacious than we had thought. We would definitely stay here again. The large deck was so nice to relax out on in the evenings

Great option for Hilton Head - central location

We like to ride our bikes to most places in Hilton Head so this location splits the island perfectly. It has easy access to groceries and the local market/eatery for Palmetto Dunes. Loved that this was a 1 story home: bedrooms are good sized; living space is open; and neighbors were quiet. You will want to bring all your toiletries. Also, plan on brining your seasonings, oil, etc. as they have each renter clean their items out. I did stay at another location at Palmetto Dunes and that owner offered a lot more information which proved invaluable to us for our first visit which we used during this visit. Not sure if we received the same level of information from this owner but you may need to ask some questions about beach/pool access. Not saying they didn't have the information - we just did not look for it since we had stayed in Palmetto Dunes before.
