Relax and unwind in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath villa that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering the comforts of home plus the resort amenities of Palmetto Dunes.

Spacious living room with sleeper sofa, loveseat, 65" flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. Living area opens to a large deck overlooking the lagoon--perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Full equipped kitchen with washer and dryer.

First-floor Primary Suite with king bed, 50" TV, Desk, Private access to the deck, and a newly renovated en-suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. The first floor also features a convenient powder room. Second floor features two twin beds and a 32" TV. Shared full bathroom with double sink vanity. The loft area includes a desk/workspace.

There is a choice of 5 community pools (closest is just a 2-minute walk). Two parking passes included per villa. Access to the Toptracer driving range at the Jones Course with 15 covered outdoor bays.

Located on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and close to several other courses, this villa is ideal for golf lovers and active families alike. Monday nights feature a FREE golf clinic, and guests enjoy FREE daily tennis or pickleball (2 hours, based on availability). (Lighting fees apply for evening play).

Enjoy an unforgettable Hilton Head vacation with activities for everyone--pickleball, tennis, kayaking, horseback riding, dolphin watching, and more. A FREE Dune Buggy shuttle provides convenient transportation throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving week renting this home! The unit was well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and our kids loved having the upper floor all to themselves. Palmetto Dunes itself is beautiful, this was our 2nd visit and it once again did not disappoint. We can’t wait to go back!

This Villa was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large and had everything necessary to cook a large meal. The back deck was very nice . The rooms were comfortable and we loved the decor.

We had a wonderful time here! This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. Overall the house was tidy and it’s somehow even bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions. It was nice and quiet, but just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the pool, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay with a very comfortable and inviting open kitchen/seating area. Layout of counter space, dining and sofas made spending time together extra nice. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever rented with loads of flatware and dishes to make mealtime easy, and plenty of pots/pans/storage/cooking utensils and convenient small appliances. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck which had a nice open feel and a well-kept grill. Our three teens shared the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom with plenty of space and no complaints.I personally loved that the villa was filled with many delightful furnishings and decor touches making the space warm and inviting. But, if you have children under 8, it may cause you a little stress worrying about breakables - a quick sweep through to put a few things in cabinets will make it worry-free. Great location for trips to the General Store, beach and court time- we played pickleball round robins every day! Kathy and Tony were very easy to work with and also made our stay extra nice with their quick responses and flexibility.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The condo is perfect for a family, and the Jack and Jill bedrooms/bath upstairs was a huge plus. The updates to the condo make this place a great spot for your vacation. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to HHI.

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Amazing location and gorgeous condo!

Our family had the best time at the condo! The layout was perfect for my parents and young family. We had more than enough space and loved the proximity to the pool. Our favorite part was renting bikes and checking out the beach and dunes house! We hope to get back again next year.

Comfortable stay in Palmetto Dunes - HHI

Our family of five had a great time in this very well appointed and quiet property in the Palmetto Dunes resort at Hilton Head. It is close to everything and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The owners are very responsive and very nice people. This is a highly recommended property.

Hi, I am Kathy Scaldara-thanks for considering our beach villa for your getaway! My family and I have always loved the ocean and the relaxing feeling it brings. We have owned the villa for 27 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It allows our family to enjoy the beautiful coastal living together.

We are always thinking of new things to make the space comfortable and well-equipped. The villa is in the middle of Hilton Head Island. The location makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities which Hilton Head offers.

Why they chose this property

I loved the location of the villa near the beautiful lagoon. It is so serene sitting on the deck and watching the wild life-turtles, bird, etc. Not only is it relaxing it is convenient to shopping, restaurant and numerous activities. One of the highlights that my children and now my grandchildren love is the General Store.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to Pickleball, Tennis and numerous restaurants. It also has a free van (Dunes Buggy), which takes you through Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.
