The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The 2 bicycles are only available if requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival because the Guest Contact has to arrange taking them out of the garage and ensuring they are pumped

Just about perfect

Good location, clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental. We were in town to visit family and this was a very convenient location. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. Pool looked nice but it was a bit too cool to use in December. Aptly named as we saw manatees daily.

Nice vacation in port salerno

We were visiting family in the area and had a nice stay. The property was new, clean and spacious. Great location close to everything we needed, including fish markets and a great produce stand. Pool was smaller than it seemed on the pictures but it was fine as the back area was lovely. Really the only complaint is that the home is close to the train tracks with the passenger and freight train coming fairly often day and night. That said, over time, the train was not such a bother. Overall, a good stay and we hope to return.

Beautiful home in Port Salerno

We enjoyed our stay at Chez Manatay. Once we figured out how to get in (totally my fault for not fully reading the instructions) it all went smoothly. Breakfast was the only meal we had there but we appreciated the coffee pods and the carafe. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us. This home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

Your listing is incorrect. There are NOT two king beds. There was a king, two twins and a day bed. NOT A SECOND KING. TV access stunk. Otherwise, fine.

The bottom of the trundle pulls out to become a king-size bed, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard.- The TV was inspected after your departure and is fully functional. We do apologize that you were uncomfortable and we wish you had reached out during your stay about operating the TV. Wonderful Surprise

Well What a wonderful stay. First of all the place was immaculate. Its virtually brand new. The open floor plan makes the first floor very spacious. I am a chef and cooked numerous meals there and found they had all the pots, pans and utensils I needed. Even the knifes were sharp. There is a quiet waterway in the back yard where each day we saw a group of manatees. We used the available bicycles to go to a nearby park each day to watch the sunrise and the boats coming in out of inlet, and use the exercise park there. You will love it.

From the moment we arrived at Chez Manatay, we were captivated by its warmth and hospitality, set in a picturesque location that promised both comfort and tranquility. The interior was a blend of impeccable style and homely comfort. Each room was thoughtfully arranged to combine coziness with modern amenities. We were met with a welcome basket filled with a variety of treats and tailored recommendations that enhanced our stay! Even the well-equipped kitchen provided a sense of home. We enjoyed exploring the area with complimentary bikes, dining at delicious local restaurants, followed by a relaxing soak in the spa-like tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after our daily adventures. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a special getaway!

Chez Manatay

This was probably the nicest rental I’ve ever had. Every amenity was there and all of it deluxe and brand new! The place is huge for a townhouse and the location is great, with plenty of good restaurants and cool bars nearby (but not too near!). Right on a canal off the Manatee Pocket harbor the neighborhood couldn’t be more SoFla in flavor. I want to highlight the huge shower which would be a great place for a small party. Also, the mattress in the master BR was comfy in the extreme. Sparkling clean with zero hassles and close to Stuart, one of the most attractive towns in the area, we were at home right away. Truthfully, I don’t see how you beat this place for a Florida sanctuary. We didn’t use the pool due to chilly weather but it looked very clean and inviting for a warmer day. BTW, speaking of weather, we used both the heater and the a/c and both worked great. We heard the nearby train several times but it truly wasn’t a bother and, while we were in residence, not a neighbor in sight or sound. Definitely a tranquil refuge!

Our stay at Chez Manatay was incredible. We have rented thru many platforms and stayed in various locations around the world and I must say this was by far my favorite. Everything is brand NEW. It is decorated in a style that makes you feel right at home with lots of special touches including a comfy couch, plantations shutters; electronic fireplace (and yes it puts out heat) and a well stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to make a wonderful meal. A nice welcome basket greeted us with snacks and a bottle of wine. We even ventured over to the fish market around the corner and made a fabulous linguine and clams for dinner (our favorite). Although the kitchen was well stocked, we did find it necessary to improvise opening a bottle of wine as we were unable to find a corkscrew. It was rather chilly when we stayed so didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool but it made a nice view as we sat on the patio in the morning sipping our coffee. A nice coffee maker is available for either a pot of coffee or a Keurig cup single serving. Beds were super comfy and we all got a good night’s sleep. The location is close to Manatee Pocket and several waterfront restaurants and is also close to downtown Stuart with lots of shops and great restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we return to visit our kids.

Oh my goodness....

I could wrap this review up in one word. "Ahhhhhhhh".Ahhhhhhh came out of my mouth multiple times each day of my stay.There is just something incredibly soothing about this property.Unexpectedly from the moment I walked in my entire being relaxed, literally from my shoulders to my soul.I was looking for a getaway spot close to home, I live one hour away. A place where I could just be, relax, have fun, and have great restaurants within 15 minutes.Paradise found. The plunge pool is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise and set. One afternoon a fine misting rain fell on us as we sat having quite conversation in the pool. We started to get out and go inside, instead we stayed in the pool and let the peaceful sounds of rain drops radiate within us as we drank wine in sippy cups. While sitting on the dock having coffee it was not unusual for a manatee to pop up and spend a few minutes. Well appointed in every way is the backdrop here. Everything we needed or wanted was provided. Including a coffeepot for those of us that are old school and the Keurig type for the rest of you. The ambiance is the reason you will come back here time and time again. My only hesitation in doing this review is the fear of it being constantly booked.

We wanted to visit family on the East Coast (we are from Naples). We decided it would be fun to stay in a rental rather than a hotel. We found Evolve and noted all the good ratings they get and searched their properties. We found one that looked nice and booked it. “Nice” does not do it justice. We were immediately taken in by the ambience. It is clearly designed to bring calm. The decor is a soothing Asian with natural woods and really cool art. It is bright and airy with high ceilings. The owners have thought of everything, we could not find a single thing that was lacking.The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, the linens plush and yummy. The master bathroom must be seen to believe. A football team could bathe in the giant shower. We wish we had time to take a bath in the spa-like freestanding bathtub. The owners put out a bin of goodies that we did not expect but certainly appreciated. They put a lot of effort into their welcome book which we found very helpful.The unit is close to lots of restaurants that are within walking distance. We walked to the Whistlestop and had a delicious breakfast for remarkably cheap. We had dinner at The District. Upscale food but down to earth. We were glad we chose the outdoor seating, it was very comfortable, it was even fun to see the Brightline go rushing by. Looks like we are going to have to find more reasons to visit family again.
