CONCH QUEST - RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND BEAUTIFUL ATLANTIC OCEAN

June installed a brand new generator!

Beachfront home at the south end directly on the Ocean. Quiet yet close to everything!

Spectacular views from the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and wrap around deck. Guests will enjoy stunning sunrises to start their day sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean! A short path off the deck leads to a beautiful white sandy beach.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen size beds and ocean views. The living area has a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. All new linens, towels and everything for the beach. A spiral stair leads to the lower level with a queen size bed, 2 pc bathroom and spacious outdoor shower.

Kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, French press, breakfast bar and lots of counter space.

The outside deck has a table for 4 overlooking the ocean for al fresco dining and lounge chairs for relaxing. Conch Quest is fully equipped with great Wi-Fi, a new TV, backup generator and Weber propane BBQ.

Sea Spray Marina is a 5 minute walk with multiple boat slips and outdoor bar/restaurant. The Abaco Inn, Tahiti Beach, Fire Fly and On Da Beach are all a few minutes ride by golf cart with Hope Town only 15 minutes away!

The view from the kitchen, living room, and one of the bedrooms was incredible. It was so wonderful to sit on the porch and enjoy the breathtaking sight and sound of the Atlantic Ocean. The bed was comfortable and the house was clean. Most of all Lisa, the property manager, was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again,

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving! Reid and Lisa were great, very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the views from the wrap around deck and our boys loved looking for sea glass on the beach next to the house. The location was ideal for us, close to so many places we love. Location, location, location!

Conch Quest is situated right on the beach and so convenient to The local resorts like Fire Fly and Abaco Inn. Definitely rent a golf cart for getting around. Loved the location and the cute beach bungalow. Thank you Reid and Lisa for making it a great trip!

Conch Quest, Hopetown

My sister and I had a great stay at "Conch Quest, Hopetown, Bahamas. The house was just as pictured on the website. Very clean and just steps down to the beach. Lisa, the property manager was very helpful through the enter process; even checked on us while we were there to see if we needed anything and was always very helpful if we had any questions.

The Conch Quest was EXACTLY as advertised. The pictures are EXACTLY what you see. Phenomenal views ! Long stretches of beach with nearly no one in sight. The gas grill was used twice. It is not huge but easily handles 4-6 burgers or 2 nice sized steaks and gets SUPER hot. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice maker in the fridge worked great. We will happily return in the future. Reid communicated well and sent lots of useful information. He also turned us over to Lisa Key Hall who helps manage the property. When I tell you that she is your "KEY to the Cay", I mean it. She set up a private taxi to pick us up at the airport. She made sure that the golf cart rental company knew which dock we were getting off at. She checked on us as soon as we arrived to make sure we found everything in order. She checked on us EVERY single day of the trip. She advised of restauarants and nearby stores for various things we wanted. She helped us book a fishing trip. She checked on us both times there was a brief power outage. She immediatly had her husband come re-prime the water pump on the final day as we were getting showers to leave. BE sure to utilize the power of local knowledge, LISA has it as a native of the area.

Amazing setting, great house

This is a great comfortable house with a wrap around deck in an amazing beachside location. The beach is wonderful for exploring with many tide pools though not a swim spot (unless you are intrepid or a surfer). Lisa, manager, was v helpful arranging stay and checking us in early thanks to her husband Lonnie. Very private setting but a short cart ride away from many adventures. We would love to come back.

Amazing Location

This was our second trip to Elbow Cay. Conch Quest is a short golf cart ride to Sea Spray Marina, Tahiti Beach, Firefly, Abaco Inn and On Da Beach - all amazing places! Lisa (property manager) was absolutely amazing handling any issues we encountered. Mr. Sanders and Lisa were also a huge help ensuring we had everything in order prior to our trip (i.e. taxi, ferry, golf cart, boat rental, etc.). We are definitely planning another trip soon.

Location, location, location!

My boyfriend and I came over for my daughter’s wedding. The location and view are perfection! The house was very cute. Only downfall was no closets! Of course I had dresses and my boyfriend nice shirts that needed to be hung up. We did find some hangers so we used the curtain rods to hang them from. 2 minute golf cart ride to Seaspray, 5 minute ride to Abaco Inn and 10 minute into town. Literally had the best time and would absolutely recommend Conch Quest to anyone!

Amazing Oceanfront Home with a Few Tweaks NeededMy husband and I with our friends recently stayed at this beautiful oceanfront home in Hope Town and had a truly memorable experience. The view from the property is simply breathtaking. Every morning, waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was a highlight of our trip.A special shout-out to the property manager, Lisa. She was incredibly helpful and provided us with so many fantastic options for food and activities around the area. Lisa even took care of setting up our transportation to and from the airport to the ferry with our taxi driver Earl, also she set up the golf cart rental, which was waiting on us at the port, and her husband even helped get us back to the ferry on our departure, transporting luggage. This made our stay seamless and stress-free. While we loved the home, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The bedrooms would benefit from additional storage space; closets or dressers would have been very helpful for us to keep our things organized. Additionally, more lighting outside the house, especially around key areas like the entrance and deck/stairs, would make evenings more enjoyable and safer.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a gorgeous oceanfront getaway in Hope Town. With a few small enhancements, it would be absolutely perfect!

TERRIBLE STAY. HOST WILL NOT RESPOND!

The property has a very mucky and gross smell. It is not near the areas that are listed. I contacted the host to see if it was in walkable distance to places I wanted to go and he said yes. When I got there it was not. The smell was bad and overwhelming we had to leave early. I let the host and property manager know we were leaving and now the host will not respond to me or give me a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE AND HOST AT ALL COSTS. WORST VACATION !!

A wonderful stay at a GREAT locale...

We just returned from our trip to Elbow Cay (our second) and Conch Quest and loved every minute of it to the point that we were hoping our flight to Denver would be canceled due to a Spring Blizzard. The house itself was a great size for our family with myself, my spouse, my teenage son, and his buddy all having enough space. They shared the downstairs spare bedroom and showered in the outdoor shower. needless to say on an island like Elbow and the boating that exists you don't NEED to spend a lot of time in your home. A few minor incidents with the electricity (not uncommon for the island) couldn't take away from the house's proximity to the beach and Sea Spray Marina which was a two-minute cart ride away. The outdoor grounds were well-kept and clean as was the "neighborhood" as a whole. We could fall asleep at night EASILY hearing the waves crashing on the beach. It was FANTASTIC. Lisa Tanney, the house's manager was attentive to our needs and quick to reply when we contacted her. Reid (owner?) was very easy to communicate with before the trip and answered ALL of our questions thoroughly and completely. Taken all together, the house was a large part of what made our trip to Elbow Cay a wonderful success and a fantastic vacation!!!
