The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens and quiet alpine air surround you as you arrive on the southern slopes of Whistler Mountain. After a day outdoors, the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace and the steam rising from the hot tub make it easy to slow down and settle into mountain time. Gondolas glide past the trees as evening falls, setting the scene for relaxed nights and unhurried mornings.



The space

This townhouse accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, offering a layout that works well for families or groups traveling together. Oversized windows and vaulted ceilings bring natural light into the split-level living areas, while heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable through the winter season.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features two primary bedrooms, each with a king split bed, private balcony, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms also offer king split beds and direct access to the hot tub deck. These rooms share a full bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. A powder room on the main level adds extra convenience.

In winter, ski access is available via nearby trails connecting to the Dave Murray ski area and the Creekside Gondola. Access includes a short walk and is best suited to intermediate skiers. Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Taluswood is perched high on Whistler Mountain in the peaceful Nordic neighbourhood, offering a quiet, forested setting with sweeping mountain views. With direct access to ski trails leading to Creekside, it’s ideal for intermediate skiers and snowboarders looking for a true slopeside experience. In summer, guests enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, along with the serenity of being above the bustle of the village. Due to its secluded location, Taluswood is best suited for guests with a vehicle. While there’s no public transit in the immediate area, Creekside’s shops, restaurants, and gondola are just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both nature and convenience.
