Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place, with family or friends, to enjoy the beach, the sea, the nearby tourist attractions, 20 minutes from the center of Laguna.<br> Space for cars or to enjoy the lawn, a large veranda for socializing and a barbecue area for a great barbecue with family or friends, 4 bedrooms, plus extra mattresses and a sofa bed for greater comfort, 1 extra refrigerator and 1 extra freezer to accommodate all groceries and drinks, a cozy place to enjoy the best beach in Laguna.<br> The neighborhood has an association that owns a restaurant/snack bar, as well as hosting various events, especially during the tourist season.<br> There is space for parking about 4 cars in the outside area (backyard), plus the front of the house; there is always space for parking on the street as well.<br> I will be available at any time for any suggestions, questions, or problems.
