Please be aware that the upstairs bathroom at this property experiences very low water pressure. Guests are encouraged to use the downstairs shower.Please note that the internal steps are quite steep and may not suit very young children or those with limited mobility (please see the photos on the listing for your reference.)While this property welcomes dogs, it is best set up for small to medium dogs. Guests are asked to keep all dogs downstairs only, refrain from allowing them on the furniture, guests with larger dogs should be mindful that the fence may not be suitable to allow free roaming on the section.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
