It was well rounded and enjoyable. Close to San Pedro Square, with plenty of food and nightlife options nearby. It was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but still manageable. Facility was well kept, The place was clean.

Overall descent place for the money. Pro’s: Right in the heart of the city. Free music from San Pedro Square. Clean. And convenient. Cons: Right in the heart of city so can be loud on a Friday or Saturday night with the music. Big Con: We were there for 4 night and the building had no water for the first 2 days, requested some sort of compensation and got no answer on it.

Great location, great experience!

The location of this property was perfect for our needs - walking distance from so many great downtown SJ spots, easy access to freeways to visit other neighborhoods, and despite being in a busy area it felt very quiet and private! The view over DTSJ was lovely and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. Also the bathroom was huge! Would definitely stay again on future SJ trips!

The property location was excellent in a safe walkable neighborhood. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs and DJs played loud techno across the street till 2 AM on the weekend. That is why I didn’t rate it higher.
