Good experience. Houses was fine (very large space). Only complaint was there were no hand towels in the bathrooms. We had enough bath towels although a couple were pretty thin old hotel type towels. Host was super nice and responsive to questions.
We loved this place. It's an older house but the owner had done a wonderful job with restoration and upkeep. The yard was perfect for our large dog and the kitchen was cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on another trip to do it all over again.
We had a great experience with this property. It was clean and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning, which was stated in the description of the rental. We did bring a couple of fans for at night, just in case. It was quite warm at night so we used the fans. The neighborhood was fairly quiet which was nice. The grounds are kept up and nice to sit out in the back listening to the birds. The hosts were easy to contact and fairly quick to responding with sny questions or concerns.

This was not worth the money for us
There were errors in the listing. The property mgmt co told me that one error, that there was a king bed, was their fault not the owners fault, and they gave me a partial refund. They didn’t say whose fault it was that the listing said there was a washer and dyer when there was not. there is no washer and dryer and all the beds are full beds, no queen or king beds.
no soap in any bathrooms to wash your hands but after a few texts with the owner thad soap dropped off. There was NO soap for the dishwasher. there were two NASTY sponges in the kitchen. There was a new sponge but it was hidden in the messy cupboard.
Most of the beds did not have a night stand. One had a piano bench next to it as a night stand?! One room had a folding table type thing near the bed which we moved to use as a night stand but we covered it with a cloth because it was covered with weird stains. some even slightly nicer sheets would go a long way, cheap polyester sheets on all the beds, you can get nice cotton sheets at Ross! Also VERY uncomfortable mattresses.
The keys wouldn’t open the front door they would only open the back door which was very annoying when you have kids and lots of stuff to carry.
Cameras inside the house pointing out the windows so every time we parked the cameras were staring us down. Inside the house any time we came down the stairs or near the front door some kind of motion detector but we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.
Would def not stay here again!

Hi Roxane, we are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. After reading your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to share the following:- Regarding the security monitoring system, it features a door alarm that activates whenever someone passes by. The control panel for this alarm is conveniently located in the kitchen. Additionally, all cameras are strategically positioned outside, covering the garage, driveway, back door, and side door to ensure comprehensive monitoring of the property. This well-designed setup aims to secure the premises while respecting personal privacy within the home.- We have updated the bed size descriptions to accurately reflect the home. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in bringing this to our attention.- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the homeowner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essential supplies for our guests. Generic products may be offered at times to accommodate all guest comfort and preferences. We apologize if the products provided did not fit your needs.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us understand our guests' perspectives and identify areas for improvement. We are committed to making enhancements to ensure our guests have the best possible experiences. Thank you again for sharing your insights and allowing us the opportunity to address these concerns.
