This 900 square-foot condominium (high floor) is located in downtown Toronto. Centrally located, you’ll find great convenience with a 2 min walk to the Toronto subway and bus station, 2 min walking to the Village, 5 min walk to prestigious Yorkville area, 7 min walking distance to Queens park and 10 min walk to the iconic Eaton Centre as well as close to Toronto’s top hospitals and all the cities major attractions. This charming suite is perfect for a sightseeing adventure in Toronto!
This corner unit has two bedrooms with two queen-sized beds along with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space bright, inviting, and sunny. The condo and balcony offer stunning city views and everything in between. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans and some cooking supplies. Complementary coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body soap is provided. Wifi will be available and ready to use. Use of the gym will be available if needed. Just ask!
This condo is used exclusively for rentals. Paid parking is available just across from the building. Good for extended stays.
