This cosy guesthouse has 2 spacious bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 double bed.
All rooms have a fan and air-conditioner. The bedrooms have blockout curtains for a good sleep in.
It is entirely self-contained with a fully furnished kitchen, as well as its own driveway access and free parking. It is peacefully located in a cul-de-sac which makes it family-friendly and child-safe.
This newly renovated guesthouse is only 2 minutes from the beautiful and lush Riverway Lagoons, a new city Library, a cafe and a major shopping/grocery centre.
It is 5 minutes from the JCU university and Townsville Hospital.

Courteous and clean

This place was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, any communication with the host prior to our stay as well as while we were there was always instant. They couldn’t do enough to help us, give advice or answer any questions. Definitely recommend
