This 1 bedroom plus den /2 bath condo is located in the heart of Ketchum and is within walking distance to town and the lifts. Located on the second floor with elevator access, this one-level condo has an open living feel with a 45-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There is access to a small deck area with complex views. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area has a table that will seat 4.

The primary bedroom has a King bed and his and her closets. The ensuite bath has 2 sink vanity and a combo shower/tub. The den has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The stack washer/dryer is located in this bathroom. There are hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout the condo.

Complex Features: Elevated from street level, access can be gained from the interior hallway. Located in the heart of Ketchum within walking distance to downtown and just a block away from a bus stop to get you to the lifts. This is a great location for everything one can enjoy while visiting Sun Valley.

Great Condo in Ketchum

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Evergreen Condo 26. The unit is laid out really well, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the location makes it easy to walk to dinner, the grocery stores, ski shops, etc. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink and the team was very responsive. One note, where you check in and pick up keys is about 4 blocks from the actual unit. Thought I'd mention it since it creates a logistical issue if you're taking a taxi w/ ski gear.

Great location in Ketchum, with just a 3 min drive to River Run (or you can easily grab the shuttle). Super clean and well laid out. Was comfortable for 4 but could sleep 2 more in the bunk beds. Would gladly rent it again!
