Spend the day at the beach where you can swim, soak in the sun, or walk at low tide out to picturesque Salt Island. Prefer to stay at the house? Relax and read a book on its expansive deck taking in the views of the sparkling Atlantic with sailboats parading by. Inhale the fresh salt air, and listen to the muffled sound of the waves lapping the shoreline. A ten-minute stroll in the other direction will bring you to Long Beach, often filled with surfers as they catch the waves. An ice cream stand, luncheonette and several roadside eateries are nearby.

Enter from the parking area to the home’s lower level. This level includes the entrance area, a spacious queen bedroom, full bath with shower, laundry room and a den. From here you can head outside to the front yard area or up the stairs to the main living space.

The stairs open into a sitting room with comfortable sofas and large picture windows that look out over the expansive deck and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Walk into the next open plan room with another seating area and a flat screen TV, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and more picture windows and sliders leading out to the ocean side deck. This floor has two bedrooms, one a queen and one with two double beds, as well as a full bath with tub and shower.
