There are 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as 2 wood-burning fireplaces. There is a deck with seating on the upper level overlooking the lake.

The kitchen is galley style, with black appliances and granite counters. It is fully equipped with the necessities including dishes, silverware, appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and electric kettle. There is a separate coffee and tea station in the eat-in area.

Outside there is a walkway to the lakeshore. The lake access area includes beach chairs, a dock, and a boat hoist.
