Povey Retreat is a newly built semidetached home ,features king suite ,two additional queen bedroom and 2.5 bathroom. Additional sofa bed available in living room. This home can accommodate up to 6-8 (6 Adults & 2 Kids) guests.

Open concept main floor includes fireplace and HDTV .This is a perfect location to unwind and relax with a great movie or TV show.

Our open concept kitchen includes stove, full fridge, dishwasher ,microwave oven toaster, coffee maker, kettle, utensils , pot and pans.

Dining area can accommodate up to 6 guest for your pleasurable dining.

The house itself was wonderful. It's a brand new build so everything is fresh and new. And it had good amenities but could have used a few more kitchen staples like tea towels and extra dish cloths and some additional lighting would have been nice. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see so it was perfect that way. Only issue we had is that no where was it indicated that the development the house is located in is an active construction area either on the listing nor in email communication, we still would have stayed but it would have been nice to know ahead of time

A lovely stat.

The house was wonderful and all we thought it would be. There were some kitchen essentials that were missing, tea towels, cooking utensils. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you
