Spacious Family Cabin, Hot Tub & Pet Friendly!

Getaway with the whole family, including your pup! Tucked away in a forest with a large deck overlooking the pond, everyone can enjoy. Ammenities include an oversized sofa, extra large flat screen, gas fireplace, and beautiful kitchen.

Please note, the owner does reside in the lower unit with his dog from May-early January. The home will be completely private from mid January to the end of April. Please message us if you have any questions about your dates!

Beautiful cabin in a nice woodsy setting. Spring native flowers were in abundance in the surrounding woods. Comfortable beds, and nice rustic decor.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Our Host was more than hospitable, he was so accomodating for anything we asked of him. The HotTub was a great addition to our stay and all of us enjoyed sitting in it especially my granddaughters. I would certainly recommend renting this log home as you would not be disappointed.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. Very clean, cosy, decorated for Christmas. The host, Russell, was great to communicate with prior to the stay. The house had all necessary items to make the stay very comfortable. Dog friendly!

Awesome stay!

This property is so nice. Location is great close to the small downtown and beach. So much space and so clean! The little pond is so nice. We had a camp fire and listened to the frogs at night and movie nights and relaxed in the hot tub. Host was amazing! We will be back again for sure.

The host provided many amenities to use, but we didn’t have enough time. Would love to return to fully take advantage of the property, ie trails, snowshoeing, fire pit, The home is spacious and comfortable.

Clean house. Everything worked as expected and all supplies were available. Thank you Russell for the stay and I will book it again. Note: it's just a personal preference and that's why it didn't change the 5 stars, but I prefer firmer mattress.

We all enjoyed staying here. Everyone loved the cleaniness, the space, and the well stocked supplies available. The hot tub and the Propane BBQ Grill functioned very well. Some of us felt their mattresses were a little soft. Mine was just right, I think it was a memory foam mattress. All in all, love this place and would come back for sure.

This was the best time I’ve spent in Canada. I came here with my family, and our host was incredibly welcoming. We were even greeted with two bottles of wine as a thoughtful welcome gift. We had some lovely conversations, and the host was kind enough to let us stay an extra night, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect-we couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. A Dream Getaway – Cozy, Memorable, and Perfectly Hosted

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house and the entire property made it possible for us to fulfill our dream of a lakeside vacation, all together in one cozy, beautiful place. Whether it was gathering in the living room, hanging out around the kitchen, enjoying a drink on the deck, or watching the stars from the hot tub—it was just perfect.
