Located a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier, this complex's amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator and laundry facilities. Delight the senses from unit 3B's third floor oceanview balcony while listening to the waves and smelling the salty air! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.
A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Property was great for our purposes 3 couples for bike week. My only complaints are the pull out couch while very comfortable had not been cleaned there were cherrios and debris folded up in the bed. There were no paper towels and no dishwasher pods. So i suspect the dishes we were drinking out of were not tuely clean. You cant expect people to run out after a weekend to get pods fir one use.
