Located on the deep water canals of Ocean Isle Beach with Intracoastal Waterway access and ocean access. Easy walk to the beach, town, shopping, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, park, museum.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Great Canal Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was a short ride/walk to the beach and the dock was perfect for those with boats. The dock was large and a great place to spend time with friends and enjoy a salty breeze as the sun went down.

We had a great stay on the property. The property is a little dated and rough around the edges but I believe that was fairly reflected in price compared to similar properties. The kitchen was well stocked. Great porch space - love having a screened in porch, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and appliances. And our host was able to let us check in early with a last minute request when our flight was bumped up. Very satisfied overall.
