This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the middle of Canberra city comes with free secure on-site parking – a valuable commodity in Canberra City. It has brand new appliances, furniture and luxury bedding – carefully considered and purchased specifically for your comfort. You'll also find magnificent panoramic views of Parliament House, Lake Burley Griffin and the City Centre from Level 14 AND free ultra high speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data and free Netflix.
BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay.
BATHROOM:
I provide complimentary towels, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN: Please make use of the full-equipped kitchen. In it you'll find:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- dishwasher
- plates, glasses, and utensils
- cooking pots and pans
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
DINING AREA:
One of the dining chairs is broken. We're working on having it replaced.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. TV has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas (BBQ & Gym in L5) may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the pool being closed.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV.
The exit shutter is automatic. Once the car is coming close to the censor radius, it should open itself. The button 1 on remote garage to open the entrance shutter is need a little bit pressure about 2-3 secs.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result to a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay in our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) which you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
