Welcome to the brand new 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in Braddon. You can access all the apartment's amenities throughout your stay.

As you enter this beautiful modern and stylish fully furnished newly built apartment located on the 6th floor, you feel embraced with a feeling of luxury. This apartment has a fantastic entertaining area on the rooftop and is ideally situated in the heart of the City, being an approximate 5-minute walk to the Canberra Centre and Braddon Restaurants and shops is all about the location and lifestyle! You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM:
Your bedrooms both have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
Bathroom/Laundry Fan
- There is one switch in the kitchen between the fridge and laundry door. To turn on/off the sing exhaust fan, and others in the 2nd bathroom.
- The fan is to draw condensations from laundry and odours from the bathroom.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple food selection for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. There is also paid parking on street - limited.
Additional paid parking at Canberra Centre - time restrictions.
Note that there are 2 lifts in the building:
1. The closest to the car parking spot is the fastest to the apartment.
2. The farthest lift in basement 2 is the closest to the apartment.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please don't lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Situated in the brand new Founders Lane precinct within walking distance to Canberra City, public transport and a huge number of dining and entertainment options this property offers a lifestyle like no other.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified.
