The Space:
The apartment has 2 queen bed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suited for business or family stays. Laundry (washing machine and dryer) 1 secure basement car park.
2 queen beds suitable for adults, sofa bed best suited to children only.
Full kitchen facilities and cooking equipment.
WiFi and smart TV and Netflix capability.
Most pets welcome limit 2, dogs must be kept on lead while in common areas. Must be house trained and all mess must be cleaned up. Additional cleaning charges apply should this not be undertaken.
***Please Note*** due to being a apartment complex there is a no party policy and noise needs to be kept to minimum after 10pm, non compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and will result in a $500 fee. Please consider other places if this is your intention. We also have a no smoking/ vaping policy within the apartments both indoors and out. Non compliance will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Getting Around:
Braddon is very central to Canberra and within minutes to the Canberra City, you can use the tram, share scooters, ubers/ taxi and buses.
We have secure basement parking and their is also street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.
