We offer you a modern apartment in a newly constructed building. The apartment is located in a quiet area to the park and the Botanical Garden. Near the house a department store "RIMI", in which there is a pizzeria, a cheese factory shop, a pharmacy and a Hesburger. Nearby there are all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, trolley bus). The Old Town is 15 minutes, Airport 15 minutes. Near the house is free parking. The territory is fenced, there is a playground, a quiet courtyard. We are glad to welcome you!
