Greenview has beautiful parkland serenity in this spacious single-level home, featuring panoramic views through large windows. The entertainer"s kitchen and living area create the perfect space for gatherings.

With 4 sizable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a luxurious ensuite with spa), and a convenient powder room, it"s an ideal choice for family vacations. Greenview offers ample space for everyone and is fully fenced, complete with expansive lawns for outdoor enjoyment.

Relax indoors by the cozy fireplace or enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit perfect for cooler evenings.

You needn`t travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged
access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a
luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive
game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising
session in the gymnasium. Enjoy all the extras of a resort whilst
staying in the comfort of your private holiday home.

Please note: Firewood kits can be purchased from reception. Subject to availability.

Please note Christmas and New Years period has a minimum 4 night
stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. We especially loved the fire pit in the evenings and being surrounded by so much greenery and nature. It was a beautiful, quiet getaway, and we'd happily stay here again.

Fantastic!From checkin to checkout - a dream. The home was beautiful, spotless, and perfect for a large family. Kids could play, we could relax with BBQ watching, then come in to super comfort beds. No detail missed here.

A very clean, spacious, comfortable and well appointed property in a quiet and clasy cul-de-sac. We had a fun night sitting by the awesome fire pit. Also a wonderful dinner at Nineteen Bar & Restaurant in The Vintage which had not only excellent food and service, but, a cool vibe.

A lovely comfortable property to stay with a group of friends, we had everything we needed to be able to stay comfortably in the property, beds were very comfortable, clean linen, gas fire was a nice touch and the fire pit was relaxingPoints to mention* The kitchen literally has one PowerPoint* A late request of beds to be separated comes at a cost of 155 to do this which is crazy expensive * Main lounge room blind had a large tear/hole in it * Due to not being able to have cars parked in the street we moved our cars into the garage inside the garage was a massive plague of dead ants I’m talking thousands of dead ants which really smelt terrible* We asked at reception to buy firewood for the fire pit at the property the minimum amount is charged at 65 they don’t have an option for smaller quantities.Location of property is amazing and central to everything in the hunter valley, neighbours were lovely and the kangaroos were everywhere
