This was a great place to stay.Lots of room for the 8 of us.The host was amazing, and dealt with the couple of issues quickly.It was clean and well supplied. The basement was cooler than upstairs, with lots of seating.Older stove and oven, so it was a bit slow to heat some things, but it got there.Most things are provided, but we found that bringing these items helped a lotFansLarge potMixing bowlsCan openerAmazing river flowing behind. Access isn't bad, but some work is involved. If you drive back up to the second bridge, you can do a couple hour slow drift down in some inflatables/kayaks. It is shallow at points, so floating in life jackets didn't end up working well. One set of rapids, but there is a portage.A few rough edges to the place, but overall a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.About 35 mins from Mont Tremblent, so we were able to go there a couple times for hiking, canoeing and shopping.A general store about 6 mins away, with a lot of basics.
