This home is conveniently located just outside of town. It was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a family trip.

Comfortable
The condo was very comfortable and felt homey, well furnished, and conveniently located near, but not to close to Moab. Rather pricey though.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! We were in Moab for a few nights to hike and explore in Arches National Park and this property had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with just a short drive to town and just a bit farther to the park. The guest contact was responsive and helpful as well when we encountered a small hiccup. Would definitely recommend!
Loved the area and the townhome. It was clean, spacious and the host was great. We even asked if we could stay an extra day!

Nice Moab townhome in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at this townhome and would stay again. Pros: Very clean upon arrival, close to Moab, lots of cookware and dishes available, spacious, great location, complex was clean and very quietCons: road noise from the nearby highway can get loud at times, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise

Moab
The townhome was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The Moab area is awesome. Would definitely go back and stay here.
The unit was impeccably clean. The location was perfect. Loved the two king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The only issue was that the air conditioning upstairs didn’t work well and it was very warm. If that could be corrected, we would definitely stay there again!
All went ok. The air conditioning was noisy. The fan motor was very loud and did a poor job of cooling the second floor. No Kleenex.

Overall fine
Comfy bed, easy parking, close to town.Lots of construction happening around this development. Cleaning folks could’ve been more attentive- looked like there was a beverage that exploded on the outside patio- table, chairs and outside of door needed to be hosed off/wiped down, Microwave was dirty. Back patio gate held together with a wire- latch needs fixing. The place is fine if you are not looking for any extra touches. Given the fees, we could’ve stayed at a pretty upscale hotel for what we paid here.
