Absolute Perfection

Our group of 6 mature ladies absolutely loved our stay at the Lincoln House on Caboose Farm. The six bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The coffee station on the 3rd floor and 3xtra sitting rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were an unexpected bonus. The location was perfect for our travels to Pennsylvania, DC, West Virginia, and Virginia, in addition to Maryland. Colby is an amazing property manager and stayed in communication with us before and during our stay. He even recommended a pizza delivery service that delivered to us one evening when we were too tired from our travels to go out or cook. We would love to return again and just hang out at the house and property.

Great spot for family and friends

We rented two houses for a group of 11 adults and 4 kids. Caboose farm was the perfect setting to take walks, cook and enjoy big meals and relax on the porch. One of the bedrooms was not usable due to issues with some recent repairs so the owner refunded us a portion and the property caretaker took us on a fun hayride through the country which was a trip highlight. Beautiful land and hills. We bought crab boil for dinner nearby and had lots of fun ! Houses were clean and comfortable with great AC.

Family Trip

Overall, we had a great time in the Lincoln House at Caboose Farm. The bedrooms were spacious giving each household in our party space to relax more privately when interested. The house was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Caboose Farm's staff were quick to respond when we had some questions and were very hospitable and friendly.

Lincoln House vacation

Our family of 6 had a fun and relaxing week at Lincoln House. The house is roomy and comfortably furnished and the 4 master baths were a plus. The house is in a serene setting but within 30 minutes of lots of things to see and do. Colby was very helpful throughout the rental process.

Beautiful Location, Great Customer Service

In addition to the beautifully scenic property on which this house sits, what stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Colby. Before and during the booking process, he was quick to respond with helpful information, and on check-in day, he reached out to ensure everything in the house met the needs of our group. We very much appreciated him and the property!

Serenity at The Adams House

The Adams house gave us such a relaxing weekend, even though we were crazy with all of the wedding preparations! All of the antiques were so cool. The children's play area kept them occupied and not on screens all day. Perfect home away from home!

So comfortable!

The Lincoln House at Caboose Farm was a wonderful place to stay for our family. There were 4 similar bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining ourselves. Colby, who handled our reservations, was friendly, responsive and helpful. We very highly recommend!
