Outside, the outdoor dining area seats 8 guests. There is also an Outdoor shower and shallow concrete bath, and the private garden is equipped with a small barbecue.
Inside: A split heating and cooling system in the dining kitchen, located in front of the rear bedrooms. A cosy combustible fireplace in the living room, a Nespresso 'small pod' machine, essential cooking items, WiFi connection, and Smart internet tv included; work from here. There is an office desk and chair in the rear sitting area. The back garden is spacious and well-maintained for guests.
Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival.
Small pets are welcome; no fences are securing the yard, and they are subject to approval.
Parties, large gatherings, events or schoolies are prohibited from the property.
A refundable security bond is required.
