This unique place has a style all of its own. My Little Italy is quiet hideaway, yet close to all amenities. Wineries, pubs and restaurants are in the area, or kick back with the BBQ and fire-pit for a relaxing evening. It is located just off Hwy 33 - the route to Big White Ski Resort, just 50 mins up the road. My Little Italy is your little home away from home.

This was such a great experience. We are so happy we booked this place for our stay in Kelowna. Pam and George we amazing hosts and provided excellent customer service. The place was clean and quiet and exceeded our expectations. Very happy customers.

This is a perfect Rutland location, lovely alternative to hotels in the area to unwind in a homey space. Off street covered parking.Pam and George were friendly, accomodating to my scent-free request. Thanks for the lovely space for visiting friends and family.

Privacy and hospitality in Kelowna.

Very responsive, helpful hosts. Comfortable, private apartment with access to garden and outdoor seating & cooking areas, with covered parking. Makes a perfect base camp for exploring everything the Kelowna area has to offer.

Pam’s Little Italy is TERRIFIC!

I stayed at Pam’s Little Italy for almost 3 weeks. Pam and George were very friendly and kind. Their little, thoughtful touches really made the suite feel luxurious. I certainly have already recommended their place to friends and family. Can’t go wrong!

Super cozy and had everything we needed!

Pam and George are excellent hosts. They go out of their way to give you anything you need, and are available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again! Pam even had the small refrigerator stocked with pop, water, bread, butter, cereal, bagels! So very much appreciated!

Pam and George were wonderful hosts and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Even though I got in late, they had a bottle of red wine waiting for me, along with muffins for breakfast the next morning. A very thoughtful touch.During my stay, they took me to their local watering hole for dinner and drinks, where I had the chance to meet several of their friends. We also spent an evening watching the Canada Day fireworks before heading to Playtime Casino for some fun. On my last night, we enjoyed a relaxing evening playing cribbage and sharing a glass of wine.Their kindness, generosity, and hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Pam and George again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for warm, welcoming hosts.
