Located within the Tan-Tar-A Estates, not only will you enjoy a private retreat to rest and recharge after days of exploring the area, but you’ll also have access to fabulous onsite amenities. Two seasonal pools are available to help cool you down during the warmer months, or you can head into the adjacent Margaritaville Lake Resort to really turn up the fun with horseback riding, bowling, boat cruises, and even an indoor water park. Perhaps you’d rather spend your day on the links playing a leisurely round of golf on either of the challenging courses, afterward enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa.

There’s also plenty more to see and do away from the home in surrounding Osage Beach. The Big Surf Waterpark is a quick 10-minute drive south, helping you beat the heat with a wave pool, waterslides, a floating river, white water rapids, and more. The kid in you will come alive during a round of mini golf, zipping around in go-carts, or soaring to new heights at the trampoline park. Afterward, enjoy a more leisurely pace by exploring the local boutiques, discovering a new local restaurant, or catching a new movie release at the theater.

The room’s spacious interior offers all the necessities to ensure your vacation is complete, in a fun hotel-like environment. Put your mind and body to rest after long days exploring the area reclining on the comfortable beds while streaming episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. Seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor living by opening the sliding doors to the shared deck, allowing the cool lake breeze to flow freely through the home. Back inside, the kitchenette offers a mini fridge perfect for storing your snacks and beverages, along with a microwave for heating up quick meals on the go. Start your morning off right with a fresh cup of coffee brewed on the Keurig, and head back out to the deck to watch the world come to life as you plan out the next set of exciting adventures.

This hotel-style room comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 luxurious queen size beds fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets. The room’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This room does not offer laundry facilities.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle. Overflow parking is available onsite, however not within walking distance of the home.
• This is a ground-level home with steps leading down to the front door.
• Deck space is shared with the building’s sister unit. Units can be booked separately or together.
• Guests will enter through a shared entrance on the main level. Please be aware that the upper-floor unit is occupied by a long-term tenant and this space is not accessible to guests. Access to Hang Out 1 is available on the lower floor. Kindly note that guests must use the stairs to reach these lower-level units.
