Fully stocked up kitchen with coffee/tea.
Blackout blinds for good night sleep.

You have private access to lower half of the house. Your side entrance is secluded and has s nice interlocking sitting area with view of the garden and many trees in the background.
Other things to note
Closets have automatic lights and it’s a cool feature. Kitchen is well equipped and the view of the backyard is nice when sitting outside on the small interlocked patio that is only yours.
