About this property

Complete privacy, fully furnished newer suite with a private entrance, spacious kitchen, bathroom, living room, eating room, a work area with desk/chair, mountain view and private yard for bbq. Large living space, bedroom and bathroom with 2 sinks - about 1100sq ft. Ideal for stay of 1-6 months for 1 or 2 persons. Bedroom has black out blinds with adjustments top down. Beddings and linens will be provided. Kitchen has near new appliances, dishes and cutlery and cups. Bathroom has 2 sets towels provided. This is a comfortable suite with a view from the bedroom and living area.

A week's supply of dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels will be provided to help get you started. A Dyson vacuum and broom with limited cleaning supplies will also be provided.

Rent includes hydro, wifi, heat and hot water. This location is only 5 minutes walking distance to Como Lake Ave to catch a bus to SFU or skytrain. Walking distance to shops for groceries, restaurants and other supplies. Hillcrest Middle school on Como Lake is only 5 minutes walk away & so is Mundy Park.

We are quiet mature people do not allow parties on the premises. Noise or music to be kept at a decent level and as we live upstairs.

Washer and Dryer once a week. If more washing is required, please give us some notice. Washing and drying only during hours of 9am to 7pm.

Garbage days are every 2nd Thursdays unless there is a public holiday then it gets bump to the following weekday. Organics are every Thursday.

House cleaning and house keeping is to be attended to every 7-10 days. Cleaning utensils and supplies are provided. Please advise if low.
