Featuring an open floor layout, updated kitchen, ample sized bedrooms, and a large porch with stacking sliders to entice you to take time and enjoy the natural landscape just outside your door. The long lake views ensure the utmost privacy as you spend time enjoying your tropical gardens or relaxing by your screen-enclosed pool. Located by the entrance to the West Rocks neighborhood on Coquina Drive, it's a quick & easy 3 minute walk to the beach and deeded beach access past the resort housing district where the beaches are less frequented except for the occasional island neighbor searching for shells. Paradise is waiting....

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds (sleeps 8), Smart TV's with streaming, WIFI available, private pool (NO POOL HEATER), washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
