"Sooner Beach Escape" is a beautiful, vibrant ground level pool home in the highly sought after East Rocks neighborhood off West Gulf Drive. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with new fresh interior upgrades including an updated kitchen & bathrooms, new appliances and furniture throughout and a tranquil back yard escape great for the whole family! This homes its by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood which allows you to enjoy quick and easy access to the beach!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was excellent. The location is fantastic. short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Highly recommend this home. It was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you need to enjoy the beach life.Sanibel Vacations management was excellent to work with. We rented another house for the next month and they coordinated and easy transition for us. We highly recommend working with this group. We will continue to do so in the future for certain.thanks,
