Welcome to the Allen House!
The Allen House is a ground-level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the desirable West Rocks neighborhood off West Gulf Drive. This home is the perfect island get away. Completely remodeled with all modern amenities and features, you will immediately fall into vacation mode when you enter the spacious open floor plan. After a long day at the beach hunting for Sanibel's famous shells or taking in the warm Gulf breezes, step into the private heated pool or pull up a lounge chair and relax in large screened-in outdoor patio. The living room, dining room and guest bedroom all open onto this spacious outdoor area.
An outdoor shower and shell cleaning station make your day at the beach an easy clean up when you get back to the home. The beach access is approximately 0.2 miles from your front door.
There is a washer, dryer, grill, Wi-Fi, beach equipment and beach towels provided for your use. This is a smoke-free property.
Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
**This home is a monthly rental that requires a 28 night minimum stay beginning on the 1st of the month.**

we found the house clean and well maintained. Sanibel Vacations was attentive and helpful. The only problem was intense noise from neighboring properties - chain saws, leaf blowers, mowers, sometimes starting early in the morning. Otherwise, it was just fine.
