Good overall, but with a couple of minor downsides

Everything inside was very clean and well kept, good size bedrooms, all appliances new and modern, fridge, full oven/stove, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, king bed in main bedroom (though I found the mattress a little uncomfortable), good size 2nd bedroom. Modern looking bathroom. Everything in working order. However the kitchen was not stocked with enough utensils: no cutting knives, cutting board, spatulas, bowls, Tupperware, drinking glasses. Only 1 small pot and 1small pan. Difficult to prepare food even though has all new appliances. The location was relatively convenient, close to multiple transit routes, grocery, restaurants, and other amenities, but the property had low curb appeal. Neighboring houses were very old, abandoned, or demolished. There was however free parking in a driveway that extends behind the house. Overall the property was still good value for the price and I would stay again, but I think extended stays would be difficult unless more utensils were added to the kitchen.
