This is a complete separate basement unit with 3 bedrooms.Nothing is shared. Booked guest have access to the whole unit with a separate entrance. You have the patio and the outdoor furniture to enjoy the warmer weather.

The park just in front of the house is good to have a walk or exercise and has an area for children .
Very close to many eating places and grocery.
You have a full kitchen to prepare your own meals.
Free separate washer and dryer.
Free parking up to 2 vehicles in our drive way.
Many parks and trails close by ( Green wood, Heber Down and many more small trails. )
You can park your vehicle at the Ajax Go for free and take the GO train to downtown .
