With 2 full baths and an entertainment room, our secluded home offers a tranquil escape for families or friends. Was very nice and clean and spacious. The location was quiet, but close to major highways. Kitchen is well stocked. Only reason not giving a 5 star is because the beds were a little too hard for my liking and not enough towels for the duration of the stay.

Misleading Ad- Porr Communication

Only 3 bedrooms if less than 6 people!! Very small note at end of ad. House was clean, updated decor. Bugs in basement and kitchen. Slow to respond to communication.

The number of bedrooms and occupancy details are clearly stated in the listing description prior to booking, including how sleeping arrangements are configured based on group size. We encourage all guests to review the full listing details before confirming a reservation. Regarding communication, all messages were responded to through the platform during the stay, and no concerns about bugs or cleanliness were reported at the time. Had any issues been communicated during the stay, we would have addressed them immediately. We take guest experience seriously and are always happy to assist when concerns are raised in real time.

Newly renovated but lacks necessities

This place was beautiful and was in a great location with a quick drive to the spa and a nice, quiet country atmosphere. Unfortunately the niceties stopped there. We paid an extra cleaning fee to be able to use the fourth bedroom. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff was not able to dry all the bedding in the time between renters and the bedding for three of the bedrooms was put back on the beds still damp. We had to remove the bedding and put each comforter and set of sheets back in the dryer for about another 40 minutes for each of the three bedrooms and remake the beds. Drying all these linens took much of the evening. We also found old salsa and opened bags of chips etc. in the kitchen which were a bit smelly.Although the listing said it sleeps 8, there were only 5 bath towels on premises and one was being used as the only hand towel. There was only one facecloth which was being used as a dishcloth and only one kitchen towel. We were provided with only two waters and 7 coffee pods. There were no tissue boxes on premises and worst of all, only 1 1/2 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER!After being made aware of the linen's issue, the owner apologized and sent some facecloths over. They are currently considering giving us a refund for the extra cleaning fee due to all of our issues. If you are going to rent here, make sure they stock it adequately and consider bringing some necessities just in case.
