This property is listed as "Fully Renovated" and that applies to the kitchen, but the rest of the space appears to have been painted, but not much else. The kitchen is under-equipped, with only three sets of dishes, no toaster. Floors had rolls of dust, chairs and couch have dirty spots on upholstery, window blinds are dusty and stained, TV has no services subscribed, bedding includes only bottom sheet and worn quilt. The listing says it does not include the basement unit, but we did not realize that this meant there were others living there, which made us uncomfortable.
Minimum stay is 5 nights, and when we complained, the owner agreed to refund unused nights, but when we asked for refund of the cleaning fee, he ceased all further communication with us, so our cost for one unpleasant night was more than three times what it should have been, which is ridiculous. We asked twice for a refund of the cleaning fee, and received no response. We were very unhappy overall, and would not recommend this property. It has potential to be a decent place, but it is just not ready.
