Seamless. Great location! 5 min walk to the train!! Clean safe a great view and onsite parking. We used it as our base to explore NYC for a week. Would definitely stay here again and use Global Luxury Suites.

I was disappointed to learn after booking that the check in was virtual and there was no one on site to speak to. The concerns I shared by email with the owner and vrbo went unanswered although I was told my concerns were received and a response would be forthcoming, I received no response. While the apartment was ok I would not stay there again. The concierge at the property who had no connection to vrbo or the owner was great.

Global Luxury Suites is a HORRIBLE property management company. After forcing me to send a picture of my license and credit card to a very sketchy 3rd party portal, we almost couldn’t check in. I was told there would be keys left with the front desk - there was nothing when we arrived. I had to call the company and wait on hold a long time (it was over an hour with tired kids in the lobby before we could go upstairs) only to learn there was another Global Luxury Suites customer waiting for the exact same reason in the lobby. Communication is abysmal. The company seems borderline fraudulent with how unreliable every step of this process was. I couldn’t recommend anything less. The apartment itself was nice, but that says more about the building than this company.

Apartment was acceptable, with a few problems. 1. The apartment was insufferably hot and air conditioning not available. 2. Bosch clothing dryer did not work, forcing me to make trips to local laundromat. 3. Hallways were dirty.
This apartment was not worth hefty rentsl price.
