We were happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. The building was in great shape. We stayed a week (two adults, two teens) and would do so again.
We loved everything about our stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit DC. The location is within easy walking distance to the Metro, grocery store, and the Union Market. The apartment was the perfect place to unwind after a long day walking. Plenty of space to stretch out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Great amenities even if we did miss pool season by a few weeks.
The only downside was trying to find help late on a Sunday night when our door stopped responding to our code. It was difficult to get a human being on the phone. The front desk staff is great and they're on duty 24/7, but they are not affiliated with the management of the unit. When we did finally speak to someone, they were extremely helpful and had us sorted quickly.
Even with that little blip, though, we would absolutely stay again.
